The most capable AI models are now examined the way scholarship always has been: by experts in the field.
I introduce a small number of credentialed academics, doctors, lawyers and creatives to paid, remote AI projects in their own disciplines.
Peer Review is an independent expert referrer for frontier AI projects. Three parties, one introduction.
Peer Review introduces the parties; the hiring organisation makes the final decision and engages the expert directly.
If you have refereed a paper, examined a thesis or supervised a junior colleague, you have done the essence of this work.
Read a model's answer to a hard question in your field. Is it correct, sound, complete, safe? Say precisely where it fails.
Write problems that only a specialist could answer well, the kind that separate a excellent candidate from an average one.
Draft the criteria, or rubrics, by which outstanding work in your discipline is judged, so the standard can be applied consistently.
Illustrative examples. Work is typically remote and flexible, paid by the hour or by task.
This is work for people whose expertise is formally recognised: a doctorate, a licence to practise, admission to the bar, or a substantial professional body of creative work.
Illustrative examples of typical fields and requirements; not an exhaustive list.
Indicative hourly ranges for remote, freelance engagements. Rates are set by the organisation offering the project, not by Peer Review, usually by field, seniority and location. Some roles are paid per task.
Graduate degrees and established professionals or creatives.
Doctorates, licensed physicians and practising lawyers.
Top specialists and rare expertise, such as sub-specialty clinicians.
A short, selected list rather than an exhaustive board. Enquire and I will tell you whether any role fits before you apply.
Hourly rates. Openings change daily while specializations remain in demand; enquire to confirm availability and fit.
I completed my doctorate at the University of Cambridge, with a dissertation titled Cinema of the Self. Today I review frontier AI models myself, and have led evaluation teams on large multilingual projects.
From the inside, I saw how much this work depends on genuine expertise, and how few experts know it exists. Peer Review is a small, personal practice: I introduce outstanding people to the roles where their judgment counts, and explain the process in plain terms before they begin.
I work in English, German and Polish, with candidates across the world.
“Milosz introduced me to an AI-evaluation opportunity that was genuinely relevant to my professional background. He explained the role clearly, made the introduction straightforward, and followed up with me during the process.”
“Milosz was unusually persistent in finding the right fit for me. He did not simply send me a link but followed the process, answered questions and made a real effort to secure the right opportunity for me as a parent.”
An introduction does not guarantee acceptance, project allocation or ongoing work. Where an organisation runs a referral programme, Peer Review may receive a referral fee for a successful introduction; it never changes your rate. I never share confidential project material, and your CV is used only for matching and deleted on request.
Send your CV. I review every profile personally and normally reply within two working days. Free for candidates.
