Privacy notice
Last updated: 14 October 2026
This notice explains how Peer Review handles your personal data when you visit this site, apply, book a call or contact me. It follows the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible
Individual Entrepreneur Milosz Paul Rosinski, trading as Peer Review. Identification number 305857043. Legal address: Zakaria Paliashvili St. 41, Entrance 1, 0179 Tbilisi, Georgia. Email: office@peerreview.work.
2. What I collect
- From the application form: your name, email address, LinkedIn profile, professional website, CV, the service you request and any message you add.
- When you book a call: your name, email address and the time you choose.
- When you write to me: your messages and contact details.
- A record of your consent and when you gave it.
Please do not include sensitive information in your CV or messages, such as health details, religious or political views, identity document numbers or a photograph.
3. Why I use it, and on what basis
- To review your profile, assess whether a current opening fits and reply to you: based on your consent and on steps you ask me to take.
- To introduce you to a specific opening: only with your agreement for that introduction.
- To send you suitable future openings: only if you separately opt in. You can opt out at any time.
- To keep records I am legally required to keep: based on legal obligation.
Name, email address and CV are needed to assess fit. Without them I cannot review your application. All other fields are optional.
4. Who receives your data
- Service providers that help me run Peer Review: Tally (application form, hosted in the EU), my email provider and Cal.com (call scheduling). They process data on my instructions.
- Organisations offering a project: only when you agree to a specific introduction. In most cases you apply yourself through a referral link, and your application then goes directly to that organisation under its own privacy policy.
I do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
5. Transfers outside Georgia and the EU
Some service providers and organisations are located elsewhere, including the United States. Where this happens, I rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections, or on your explicit consent.
6. How long I keep it
Up to 24 months after our last contact, or less if you ask me to delete it or withdraw your consent. Consent records may be kept as long as needed to demonstrate compliance.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, receive a copy of, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw your consent at any time. If you opt out of future openings, I stop within 7 working days at the latest. Write to office@peerreview.work.
You may also complain to the State Audit Office of Georgia, which supervises personal data protection. If you live in the EU, you can contact the data protection authority in your country.
8. Security and cookies
I use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Embedded services such as the application form may set cookies needed for them to work.
9. Changes
I may update this notice. The date at the top shows the latest version.
