Peer Review Expert judgment for frontier AI
For credentialed scholars, professionals & creatives

Peer review, for the machines.

The most capable AI models are now examined the way scholarship always has been: by experts in the field.

I introduce a small number of credentialed academics, doctors, lawyers and creatives to paid, remote AI projects in their own disciplines.

How it works

Peer Review is an independent expert referrer for frontier AI projects. Three parties, one introduction.

1 · You Credentialed expert You send your CV or LinkedIn profile.
2 · Peer Review Milosz I match you with a relevant opening, assess fit, explain the role and the process, and make the referral.
3 · AI projectCompany or project teamThey contract with you and pay you directly.

Peer Review introduces the parties; the hiring organisation makes the final decision and engages the expert directly.

You already know how to do this.

If you have refereed a paper, examined a thesis or supervised a junior colleague, you have done the essence of this work.

As a referee

Assess the argument

Read a model's answer to a hard question in your field. Is it correct, sound, complete, safe? Say precisely where it fails.

As an examiner

Set the questions

Write problems that only a specialist could answer well, the kind that separate a excellent candidate from an average one.

As an editor

Define the standard

Draft the criteria, or rubrics, by which outstanding work in your discipline is judged, so the standard can be applied consistently.

What a task could look like

Medicine Read an AI's answer to a clinical question. Mark what is accurate, what is missing and what could put a patient at risk, then write the answer you would give.
Law Review an AI-drafted clause or legal analysis. Identify errors and overlooked issues, and explain how a careful practitioner would approach it.
Sciences Pose a research-level problem, check the model's step-by-step solution, and pinpoint where its reasoning breaks down.
Humanities & creative Judge a model's interpretation, argument or piece of writing for accuracy, nuance and craft, and show what excellent work looks like.

Illustrative examples. Work is typically remote and flexible, paid by the hour or by task.

About

A scholar who does the work.

I completed my doctorate at the University of Cambridge, with a dissertation titled Cinema of the Self. Today I review frontier AI models myself, and have led evaluation teams on large multilingual projects.

From the inside, I saw how much this work depends on genuine expertise, and how few experts know it exists. Peer Review is a small, personal practice: I introduce outstanding people to the roles where their judgment counts, and explain the process in plain terms before they begin.

I work in English, German and Polish, with candidates across the world.

“Milosz introduced me to an AI-evaluation opportunity that was genuinely relevant to my professional background. He explained the role clearly, made the introduction straightforward, and followed up with me during the process.”

Doctor of Medicine

“Milosz was unusually persistent in finding the right fit for me. He did not simply send me a link but followed the process, answered questions and made a real effort to secure the right opportunity for me as a parent.”

What this is, and what it isn't

This is Paid expert evaluation in your own field Remote, project-based and flexible, often a few hours a week An introduction to an organisation that contracts and pays you directly Free for candidates
This isn't Generic data labelling or unpaid work In most cases, a permanent or full-time position Employment by Peer Review A placement fee charged to you

An introduction does not guarantee acceptance, project allocation or ongoing work. Where an organisation runs a referral programme, Peer Review may receive a referral fee for a successful introduction; it never changes your rate. I never share confidential project material, and your CV is used only for matching and deleted on request.
